How Coaching Works
Coaching is a relational partnership where the planter or pastor sets the agenda. Through regular one-on-one conversations, they receive prayerful support, strategic guidance, and compassionate accountability.
There's no "cookie-cutter" approach—every leader's situation is unique. What remains constant is Spirit-led conversations that help them discern God's direction and take confident next steps.
